Ercall Court is a small, bespoke residential home in the heart of Wellington, Telford.

Part of Morris Care Centre, we provide care for elderly people who have low level care requirements who wish to live as independently and self-sufficiently as possible.

Our home is a happy and bustling environment where our residents make friends, pursue their hobbies and enjoy our great local facilities. Our ideal, central location makes it easy for friends and family to visit – they are always welcome.

What separates Ercall Court from other residential homes in Shropshire?

We offer something unique for older people who remain largely independent and mobile, yet who may need extra help with care tasks such as dressing, washing or taking medication.

Our engaged and active residents, and our small size – we have capacity for up to ten residents – makes our friendly and welcoming home stand out from the crowd in Shropshire.

The health and wellbeing of our residents is at the heart of our ethos here at Ercall Court. We provide a wide range of care to suit individual requirements, while ensuring that our residents are given the freedom and opportunities to live life the way they want to.

While some residents choose to have a busy social life with daily activities and trips, others prefer to remain largely at home, chatting with friends and enjoying a good book. We go out of our way to ensure our residents spend their time exactly as they wish.

Ercall Court has a wonderfully friendly atmosphere stemming from the close relationships between residents and their caring team.

Meet The Manager

Stacie is an experienced and passionate care home manager who is motivated by ensuring all residents are given the highest quality care. She runs a friendly and happy home and her door is always open for residents and their families.

Stacie’s career in care started as a care home assistant and she worked her way up to become a deputy manager, a manager and then an area manager across seven homes. She has an NVQ5 Diploma in Management and Leadership and she has worked successfully as a turnaround manager for a number of homes throughout the UK.

Stacie’s priority has always been to improve the quality and standards of care in each setting. She believes that happy people make a happy home and she is committed to ensuring all residents are safe and content and that all employees feel valued and respected.

Stacie is particularly proud of her caring team’s dedication and commitment to delivering the best care and always seeking ways to improve. She fully supports the professional development of all team members.

Stacie has overall responsibility for Ercall Court as well as The Morris Care Centre, its sister home located nearby in Wellington.
