Ercall Court Care Home

At Ercall Court we provide residential care tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident.

We help our residents with any mobility issues, provide help with dressing and undressing and personal care including bathing, washing and skin and nail care. We also provide incontinence support and administer medication.

It won’t take long to settle into Ercall Court. It is a friendly and happy home and as we are small, residents get to know each other and their caring team quickly.

As soon as a resident arrives our caring team goes out of its way to find out what interests them and the things they like to do. We ensure that there are activities or outings that appeal to all, and we even take requests!

Residents are encouraged to bring personal items and furnishings to decorate their rooms so that they feel at home.

Our residents spend their time however they wish at Ercall Court. Each day is flexible and designed to improve our residents’ lives.

Our social activities team is always on hand to provide activities to accommodate each resident’s interests and preferences. Residents can plan a trip into Wellington or Telford for shopping, visit local attractions, or enjoy the entertainment in the home.

We are proud of the food we provide at Ercall Court, which is nutritionally balanced and freshly prepared each day.

We source our food locally and our menus are varied and change regularly. Food includes traditional British dishes such as fish and chips through to more international cuisine such as curries and stir fries.

Menus are tailored to residents’ preferences and dietary needs, and all specialist, dietary requirements are provided for. Snacks and drinks available throughout the day.

We love animals at Ercall Court and can accommodate pets in some instances, please contact the home manager to discuss your requirements in further detail.

Ercall Court is your home so you can receive visitors whenever you would like to.

Of course. You will be instrumental in working with us to devise a Care Plan that responds to your needs and that you are happy with. You can request to see your Care Plan at any time.

Yes, the local newsagent delivers every day to Ercall Court and the bill can be sent either to you directly or to whoever looks after your financial affairs.

Absolutely, we are happy to serve you your evening drink. We can order your favourite tipple in at an agreed additional cost.

Yes, there is a non-smoking policy within the home, however people can smoke in the garden if they choose to.

If you are already registered locally this will remain the same. If you are from outside the area then we can register you with a local GP of your choice.
